These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and any cleaning services provided by us ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By booking a service or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

1) Services
We provide residential and/or commercial cleaning services as described on this website or in your booking confirmation. Any special requests (e.g., inside ovens, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out, end-of-tenancy) must be agreed in writing and may carry an additional fee.

2) Quotes, pricing & payment
Prices may be provided as estimates until the property is assessed. Final pricing depends on property size, condition, and requested scope. Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking (e.g., upfront, on completion, or via invoice). Late payments may incur reasonable administrative fees.

3) Booking & cancellations
You may cancel or reschedule an appointment by notifying us as soon as reasonably practicable. For bookings with The Sparkle Hub (King’s Lynn), we require a minimum of seventy-two (72) hours notice prior to the scheduled appointment time. Where cancellation or rescheduling notice is provided less than seventy-two (72) hours before the appointment, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee equal to fifty percent (50%) of the quoted or agreed service price, to reflect reserved time and staffing commitments.

4) Access, parking & utilities
You agree to provide safe access to the property at the scheduled time, including entry instructions and any needed codes/keys. If parking permits, paid parking, or tolls are required, you agree to reimburse us (or provide permits) in advance. You also agree to provide reasonable access to water and electricity.

5) Customer responsibilities
Please secure valuables, fragile items, and pets before service. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear-and-tear, or items that are unstable/poorly installed. Please inform us of any areas that require special handling.

6) Health & safety
We reserve the right to refuse or stop work if we believe conditions are unsafe (e.g., aggressive pets, hazardous materials, severe clutter/hoarding, biohazards). If work is stopped for safety reasons, you may still be charged for time spent and any travel costs.

7) Satisfaction & re-clean policy
If you are not satisfied, please notify us within [24–48] hours of the service, with details and photos where possible. At our discretion, we may return to re-clean the affected area(s). This is your exclusive remedy for service-quality concerns; refunds are not guaranteed.

8) Damage & liability
If we cause damage, you must notify us within [24–48] hours. Our liability is limited to the cost of repair/replacement of the affected item, and in all cases will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service visit, except where law does not allow such limitation. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9) Photos & marketing (optional)
We may take before/after photos for quality assurance and training. We will only use identifiable photos of your home for marketing with your permission.

10) Website use
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation. Content on this site is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied without permission.

11) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

12) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your country/state]. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of [Your city/region].
